Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or online TCG codes .
Refunds/Returns
Please note all sales are final, we do not provide refunds for change of mind. Only in certain circumstances will a Refund or Exchange occur, this will be at Card Haven's Discretion.
In the event a refund occurs, the refund will be made directly to the same type of payment method used when placing the order.
We are unable to provide a refund to a different method that is not the same as the original method used when placing the order.
In the event a refund cannot occur for whatever reason back to the original payment method used, store credit will be offered instead at the same Dollar Value of the original order amount.
If a Refund occurs and an item is to be returned, the customer (you) is expected to cover & organize shipping back to Card Haven.
The customer (you) will be entitled to reimbursement for the standard shipping cost (within reason) from Card Haven for the return, this excludes any extra cover/insurance you choose to add voluntarily. You must provide a receipt for shipping costs in order for us to process this. the aforementioned will only apply should the return be due to an error on our (Card Havens) part. i.e faulty item, incorrect item.
Please note Card Haven will not be held liable for any lost return during shipment back to us, it is the customers (you) responsibility to ensure they select the appropriate shipping methods and insurances.
Card Haven will not be liable for any lost or damaged (during shipment to us) return shipments being sent to us.
